Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Content Creator and Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing photo and video content, writing captions and short-form copy, and ensuring brand voice consistency across all communication. The role involves monitoring social media performance, responding to community interactions, and identifying trends to refine content strategies. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to support product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling across Ninecamp’s portfolio.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in content ideation, storytelling, and copywriting for digital platforms.
• Ability to plan and execute social media strategies, including content calendars and campaign workflows.
• Hands-on experience with photo and video creation, basic editing, and visual content optimization for social channels.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, insights tools, and performance tracking to optimize content.
• Understanding of brand building, audience engagement, and community management in the F&B or lifestyle space.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, creative environment and collaborating across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in content creation and social media management for consumer brands is highly preferred.
