Overview The Replenishment Planner plays a critical role in ensuring product availability across channels by managing inventory levels, optimizing replenishment strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on improving service levels, especially in Organized Trade, E-commerce, and Modern Trade, while driving operational excellence. In addition, the role is responsible for end‑to‑end management of Niche & NPD projects, covering planning, launch readiness, replenishment execution and customer deliveries
Responsibilities
- Drive Order Fill Rate improvement to 95% across Organized Trade channels
- Monitor weekly fill rate performance for organised trade and Identify root causes of fill rate gaps
- Ensuring optimal inventory levels across warehouse to meet market and sales demand
- Partner with supply planning, and Regional logistics teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support production planning with insights to ensure timely product availability
- Drive RP plan adherence in ISCP and Adoption across all Plants
- Drive automation and digitization initiatives to streamline order management processes
- Implement best practices from global PepsiCo teams and adapt them to local organised trade dynamics
- Tracking and delivery of low‑volume Niche/NPD SKUs through courier and PTL models to ensure timely and cost‑effective fulfillment.
- Own end‑to‑end lifecycle for niche SKUs (e.g., RRD) covering RM planning → production → dispatch.
- Drive Inventory Norms through ISCP and stabilize IP Compliance
Special Project:
- Establish SOPs, inventory norms and dispatch workflows for new plant Guwahati
Qualifications
Key Skills/Experience Required.
- Education: MBA (Supply Chain Management/ Operations)
- Functional Experience: Approx. 5 – 7 years of experience
- Language: English, Hindi
- At least 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience in a FMCG industry (preferably food industry)
- Proficiency in SAP, JDA and Material Planning Software Systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
