Job Description – Data Entry Operator

Position: Data Entry Operator
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

About the Role
Lumirise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records and databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company systems and databases accurately.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
- Verify data for errors and correct discrepancies when identified.
- Generate reports and summaries using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Organize and maintain data records for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Perform routine administrative and documentation tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate (12th Pass) or Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong MS Excel skills including formulas, data filtering, sorting, and report preparation.
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of computers and office software.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in data entry, administration, or office operations.
- Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data management.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain records efficiently.
