Full job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain data accurately in Tally and company records
- Handle billing, invoices, vouchers, and purchase/sales entries
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and documentation
- Prepare GST, stock, and expense reports as required
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain files, records, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with accounts and admin team for daily tasks
- Handle basic Excel work and documentation
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Strong typing speed and data accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
