Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong understanding of corporate travel operations, including airfare monitoring, hotel bookings, refunds, cancellations, and reconciliation activities. Ability to review and approve forex deviation requests in line with policy guidelines and compliance requirements. Proficient in managing vendor performance, service quality tracking, and coordination with travel service providers. Experienced in handling operational escalations, IT system issue reporting, and ensuring minimal disruption to travel processes. Skilled in analyzing travel data, tracking expenses, and supporting process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 5-10 years relevant experience
