Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, STPs and SWPs – online and offline
• Handle client documentation, KYC updates, FATCA, nominee updates, folio maintenance and compliance-related servicing
• Manage client service requests and coordinate with clients for operational requirements
• Liaise with AMCs, RTAs and platforms for transaction follow-ups and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client instructions and operational updates
• Support portfolio review execution and investment-related backend coordination
• Assist with commission tallying, brokerage reconciliation and reporting
• Support GST filing, invoice coordination and other backend finance/admin requirements
• Ensure process discipline, accuracy and timely completion of all client instructions

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mutual fund / wealth management operations
• Hands-on experience executing MF transactions for clients
• Good knowledge of mutual fund products, workflows and servicing processes
• Comfortable with Excel and Word
• Good written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working directly with client data
• Willing to work full-time from our Nariman Point office

Preferred:

• Experience with NSE NMF or similar platforms
• Prior experience in a wealth management firm, bank, brokerage, AMC, MFD or RIA setup
• Familiarity with AMCs, RTAs, CAS, portfolio reports and commission reconciliation
