Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Document Analyst role based in Karur. The Document Analyst will review and verify client documents related to international travel, visa applications, and overseas employment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant guidelines. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining document records, tracking the status of applications, and updating internal systems. The role involves communicating with clients to clarify requirements, obtain missing information, and provide clear guidance on documentation standards. The Document Analyst will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support efficient processing, identify discrepancies or risks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of document management procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to identify discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and assess document compliance.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Document Review and Documentation to evaluate, verify, and prepare client files for processing.
• Candidates should possess experience in Document Management to organize records, maintain secure filing systems, and track application status.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work on-site in Karur, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with document management software is an advantage.
• Prior experience in immigration, travel, visa processing, or a related documentation role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant diploma or degree in any discipline; training in administration, law, or international studies is an added advantage.
