Jobs Role: Social Media & Content Executive (Medical Technology)

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to manage digital content and online brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, social media management, video coordination, and B2B digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X/Twitter.
• Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Develop engaging content including LinkedIn posts, captions, reels, short videos, blogs, and marketing creatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and video editors for content creation and campaign execution.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, workshops, training programs, and company branding activities.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, and audience interactions professionally.
• Track social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign analytics.
• Identify new content ideas, industry trends, and opportunities to improve brand visibility.
Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and B2B marketing platforms.
• Good written English and copywriting skills for professional social media content.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage content calendars and work independently.
• Experience managing LinkedIn pages, business accounts, or professional brand profiles.
• Exposure to MedTech, Healthcare, B2B, SaaS, Engineering, or Technology industries.
• Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and digital engagement strategies.
