Role Description This is a full-time, on-site junior client servicing role based in Mumbai. The junior client servicing professional will support day-to-day coordination between clients and internal teams, helping to understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for creative and production teams. Responsibilities include tracking project timelines and deliverables, preparing status reports, documenting client feedback, and assisting in presentations and review meetings. The role involves close collaboration with digital marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations. The position also includes basic administrative support, maintaining records, and proactively following up with stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong client servicing and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present ideas clearly.
• Organizational, coordination, and basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks and timelines.
• Interest in marketing, digital media, and creative content (such as video, graphics, and copy).
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfort with online collaboration tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, service-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field preferred.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in an agency, production house, or marketing role is an advantage.
