About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Performance Marketing Lead to accelerate customer acquisition, revenue growth, and digital marketing performance across multiple channels. This role requires end-to-end ownership of performance marketing strategy, campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling B2C consumer brands, managing substantial advertising budgets, and driving profitable growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals.
• Own key metrics including Revenue, ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, Retention, and Contribution Margin.
• Identify new customer acquisition opportunities across digital channels.
• Build scalable growth frameworks to support long-term business expansion.

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads
• YouTube
• Amazon Advertising
• Marketplace Advertising Platforms
• Quick Commerce Platforms
• Affiliate & Partnership Channels
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize returns.

Marketplace & Quick Commerce Growth

• Drive traffic, visibility, and sales growth across Amazon, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.
• Improve product discoverability and advertising performance.
• Work closely with ecommerce and marketplace teams to enhance channel contribution and profitability.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance across all acquisition channels.
• Monitor customer acquisition trends, retention, cohort performance, and customer lifetime value.
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for business visibility.
• Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers, and funnels.

Creative & Conversion Optimization

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Guide messaging, creative testing, and campaign improvements.
• Optimize customer journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with leadership, sales, ecommerce, and creative teams to achieve growth objectives.
• Translate business goals into measurable marketing initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights based on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Candidate ProfileExperience

• 6–10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.
• Proven experience scaling B2C consumer brands through digital channels.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Hands-on experience managing monthly advertising budgets of ₹1–2 Crore or higher.
• Strong expertise in Meta, Google, Amazon, and ecommerce growth platforms.
