Connectezy is looking for a creative, proactive, and people-focused Community & Content Creator to help grow our brand, engage our audience, and create content that connects with our community.
In this role, you will be responsible for building meaningful community engagement and producing engaging content across social platforms. You should be comfortable talking to people, understanding trends, and turning ideas into content that feels fresh, relevant, and on-brand.

About the Role
You will work closely with the Connectezy team to:
- Grow and manage our community
- Create engaging content for social media and other channels
- Spark conversations, build relationships, and strengthen brand loyalty
- Help shape the voice and personality of Connectezy online
Responsibilities
- Create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X and others as needed
- Plan, write, and post community-focused content
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships
- Research trends, audience interests, and competitor content
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and content formats
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and internal teams
- Track content performance and community engagement
- Support online events, announcements, and brand activations
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone
