Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation:
Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and fuel pipeline growth across India and the Middle East
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
Utilize a variety of channels, including events, webinars, content marketing, and digital advertising, to attract and engage potential customers.
Integrated Marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, inside sales, product marketing, brand and operations to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across the regions.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple channels to maximize impact.
Analytics And Data Reporting
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Develop comprehensive reports on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Leverage data-driven insights to form future marketing strategies.
Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership, product marketing, and executive teams across the regions.
Effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to execute successful marketing campaigns.
Qualifications And Skills
Proven track record in field marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the HR technology industry and its target audience in India, Middle East, and Asia.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing.
Experience in global marketing initiatives, specifically in India and the Middle East
