Role Description
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The primary responsibilities for this role include overseeing and managing inventory, coordinating shipments, liaising with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery, and supporting supply chain operations. The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in managing logistics workflows, monitoring real-time shipment tracking, and providing excellent customer service to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate logistics data and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective coordination with clients and vendors
- Experience in Inventory Management and planning to optimize stock and supplies
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management concepts and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using logistics or inventory management software is a plus
