Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Intern (Fresher or up to 1 year of experience) who is eager to scale ad campaigns, optimize ROI, and master the agency ecosystem. You will be working on live brand projects, managing multiple client accounts, and leveraging the latest AI tools to optimize performance.

• Work Structure: Hybrid (Work from home, with a mandatory 1-day per week office visit to our Ecospace office, New Town, Kolkata).
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Assist in planning, setting up, and managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• E-commerce Optimization: Work closely on Google Shopping Ads to drive e-commerce conversions.
• AEO & Strategy: Implement App Event Optimization (AEO) frameworks and track campaign performance metrics.
• Multi-Client Execution: Multi-task seamlessly across different brand projects, ensuring timelines and deliverable standards are met.
• AI Integration: Use Generative AI and modern AI tools to streamline copywriting, ad asset creation, and data analysis.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: A completed degree, diploma, or certification program specifically in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of hands-on exposure to digital ads.
• Location: Must be residing in or very near Kolkata to fulfill the weekly Ecospace office requirement.
• Technical Setup: Must own a reliable laptop and have a high-speed internet connection at home.
• Communication: Exceptional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory for client communication and ad copywriting.
• Mindset: An analytical thinker who is comfortable with numbers, multitasking, and thriving under an agency environment.
