Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Contact potential visitors, buyers, and industry professionals through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Promote the exhibition by explaining its key benefits, networking opportunities, conference sessions, and exhibitor highlights.
- Invite prospective visitors and encourage their participation in the exhibition.
- Assist visitors with the registration process and ensure successful event sign-ups.
- Respond to visitor inquiries and provide accurate information regarding event schedules, venue details, and participation benefits.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective visitors to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Maintain visitor databases and update records of registrations, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth visitor experience before and during the event.
