The Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Global Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across both DIMIYA Tech and DIMIYA Talent service offerings.

This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal development, negotiation, deal closure, and account growth.

Please note: This position requires full-time presence in AU time 9:00am – 5:00 pm AEST (5 days per week) fully remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting Australia, New Zealand, the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across technology services, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, staffing, and outsourcing solutions.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business challenges, objectives, and workforce needs.
• Present tailored technology and talent solutions aligned to client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial responses.
• Develop strong relationships with business leaders, technology executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand services within existing client accounts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM updates, and sales reporting

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
• Proven success in selling B2B services within one or more of the following areas: Managed IT Services (MSP), cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure, technology consulting, ERP/CRM solutions, staffing and recruitment, and outsourcing/professional services.
• Experience selling into international markets, particularly Australia, US, UK, and Europe.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and sales outreach tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven.
