The Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Global Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across both DIMIYA Tech and DIMIYA Talent service offerings.
This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal development, negotiation, deal closure, and account growth.
Please note: This position requires full-time presence in AU time 9:00am – 5:00 pm AEST (5 days per week) fully remote
