Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google

Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This is an execution-focused role where you will be

responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across

platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven results for global

clients, with a strong focus on acquisition, performance, and ROI. The ideal candidate should have a

strong analytical mindset, a passion for performance marketing, and the ability to work in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

● Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and

conversions.

● Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring aligned with

business goals.

● Build and manage full-funnel campaigns including acquisition, retargeting, and retention.

● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

● Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for performance

improvement.

● Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale campaigns.

● Ensure proper implementation of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google tracking tools.

● Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve ad performance and messaging.

● Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

● Support in improving internal processes, workflows, and campaign efficiency.

Requirements and Skills

● 1 – 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Programmatic / Performance Marketing

● Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory

● Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance metrics

● Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools

● Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance

● Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

● Experience in managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

● Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to work with international

clients and stakeholders

● Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and performance reporting

● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

● Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
