Sr Brand Solutions Strategist – BFSI

About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Solutions Strategist with experience working on BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) brands. The ideal candidate should be able to develop insightful brand strategies, create compelling communication frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand, communication, and campaign strategies for BFSI clients.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to derive actionable insights.
• Create strategic presentations, briefs, and recommendations for clients.
• Work closely with creative, content, media, and account management teams to translate business objectives into effective campaigns.
• Build brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Present strategic recommendations and insights to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in brand strategy, account planning, or brand solutions.
• Prior experience handling BFSI brands is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand building.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to convert data and insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and strategic documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and integrated campaign planning.
