Spartan Fitness India is looking for a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Lead to join our founding team in Gurugram.

As we bring one of Bahrain’s most premium fitness brands to India, we’re building more than a gym—we’re creating an aspirational fitness community. This is your opportunity to own the brand’s digital presence from the ground up and shape how Spartan shows up in India.

🔹 What you’ll own:

• End-to-end social media strategy and content calendar

• Creation of engaging Reels, campaigns & trend-led content

• Influencer and brand collaborations

• Community events and marketing activations

• Performance analytics and growth strategy

• Coordination with our global marketing team in Bahrain

🔹 We’re looking for:

• 4–7 years of experience in social media / brand marketing

• Proven experience growing Instagram organically

• Strong creative portfolio and campaign execution skills

• Experience with influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

• Passion for fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, or D2C brands
