Sr. SEO Strategist Full Time NEW

We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven, and leadership-oriented Sr. SEO Strategist to drive organic growth initiatives across client and internal projects.

This role requires deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, analytics, and AI-driven search practices. In addition to execution, you will lead a team of SEO professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery, performance consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while mentoring team members and driving measurable SEO outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Conduct audits (technical, on-page, content, off-page) and define action plans.
• Perform keyword research, intent mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Lead SEO planning for website launches, redesigns, and migrations.

2. Technical SEO & Optimization

• Identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, schema, and site structure issues.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.
• Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor technical SEO health using industry-standard tools.

3. Content & On-Page Strategy

• Create keyword-focused content strategies and briefs.
• Optimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, and page structure.
• Work closely with content teams to ensure SEO alignment.
• Conduct content gap analysis and recommend improvements.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement metrics.
• Prepare structured performance reports and insights.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Continuously refine and elevate design quality and creative standards.

5. AI-Driven SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

• Drive AI-powered SEO initiatives including optimization for AI search platforms.
• Develop AEO strategies including schema, entity optimization, and structured content.
• Use AI tools for keyword clustering, content optimization, and reporting.
• Stay updated with algorithm updates and AI search trends.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and guide SEO team members.
• Review team deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Participate in client discussions and strategic planning.

7. Process Improvement & Documentation

• Develop SEO SOPs, checklists, and documentation frameworks.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution roles.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexing practices.
• Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in team handling, mentoring, or leading SEO initiatives.
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms for SEO.
