Executive/Senior Executive, Marketing Full Time NEW

We are seeking a committed and results-driven Executive / Senior Executive, Marketing to support the planning and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives across our property development projects.

In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating sales launches, integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution in line with approved strategies, timelines and corporate governance standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive effective market positioning and support the achievement of project sales targets.

This opportunity is available in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Launches & Marketing Implementation – Support the planning and execution of sales launches, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional campaigns to drive project sales performance.
• Agency & Vendor Coordination – Liaise with creative agencies, consultants and suppliers to ensure timely production and quality control of marketing materials, including brochures, scale models, artist impressions and advertising across print and digital platforms.
• Market & Competitor Intelligence – Monitor property market trends, competitor developments and pricing strategies. Conduct post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Project Management & Delivery – Ensure assigned marketing deliverables are executed efficiently, within budget and according to agreed timelines.
• Sales Gallery & Show Unit Oversight – Oversee the presentation and upkeep of sales galleries and show units to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Governance & Documentation – Maintain proper documentation for management papers, vendor payments and audit compliance in accordance with corporate requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree specialized in Marketing / Business Administration or any equivalent discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales within the property development/ real estate industry.
• Analytical capability in evaluating market trends and campaign performance.
• Knowledge of authority approvals/procedures and being well-versed in the property sales process is preferable.
• Highly driven and results-oriented with a strong commitment to perform duties well and achieve set targets.
• Excellent people management skills in leadership, motivation and communication in a fast-paced environment
