About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Assistant Brand Manager to support Veeba’s growing marketing function. This is a role for someone who brings both strategic thinking and strong execution, equally comfortable contributing to a brand plan as they are managing a content calendar, coordinating a shoot, or briefing an agency.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand building, social media, consumer behaviour, and fast-moving execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Strategy

• Support brand planning, content strategy, and campaign development across the year.
• Contribute to consumer research, competitive tracking, and category analysis to inform brand decisions.
• Build and maintain the content calendar, and ensure timely, on-brand execution across platforms.
• Support development of campaign ideas, product narratives, and communication routes for Veeba.

Social Media & Digital

• Support Veeba’s digital and social media presence across channels.
• Track platform trends, content performance, and audience behaviour to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with agencies, creators, and internal teams on briefs, timelines, content reviews, and approvals.
• Support shoots, creator collaborations, and always-on content execution.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support governance, asset management, and approvals across ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with design, digital, trade, sales, and agency partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG, food, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital platforms, and content-led brand building.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a consumer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with strong ownership and attention to detail.
