Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to complete generate DO daily (Mr.Diy/Mr.Toy/Mr.Dollar).
- Prepare new outlet reorder.
- Record all cancellation outlet on daily schedule and report.
- Updating receiving (Brunei / Singapore/ Ecom).
- Prepare Singapore / Brunei / Ecom reorder follow schedule.
- Prepare Own Use order.
- Be required by arrangement tasks assigned by Superiors from time to time.
- Will advise time to time on job scope based on management discretion and any work related with the
- Department.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business, Logistics, Retail, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks such as generating DOs, preparing reorders, and updating records.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory, or warehouse management systems).
- Good communication skills to coordinate with different outlets and departments.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
