Department: Cold Store
Role Purpose
Ensure effective stock management and inventory control within the cold store by maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and SKU mapping
- Perform cycle counts and stock reporting
- Monitor inbound and outbound stock movements
- Ensure accuracy of documentation and inventory systems
- Maintain GMP, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards
- Control discrepancies and improve stock accuracy
- Prepare daily operational and housekeeping reports
- Support cost optimization and space utilization initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3+ years in cold store or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of inventory systems (SAP, Infor LN, INNOVA)
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Understanding of food safety standards (GMP)
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required
