Content & Social Media Manager (Hyderabad, Full-Time, In-Office)

We’re building two things at once — Alterax, immersive VR/3D visualisation for real estate, and Bramma, an ambient AI device rethinking how teams remember their work. Both need a strong, consistent digital presence, and we’re looking for one person to own all of it.

To be clear: this is a solo role. You won’t be one cog in a marketing team — you are the content and social function. You’ll shape how both brands show up online from the ground up, make the calls, and see your work go live immediately. It’s a lot of ownership, and that’s the point.

What you’ll own

• All content across both brands — social posts, short-form video, visuals, copy
• Our LinkedIn, Instagram, and X presence end-to-end — plan, post, engage, grow
• Turning product updates, builds, and behind-the-scenes moments into content people actually stop for
• Keeping each brand’s voice distinct and consistent
• Tracking what’s working and doubling down on it

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content / social media
• Genuinely creative — strong eye for visuals and a feel for what makes content land
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently; you bring ideas, not just execution
• High energy, fast, and happy owning things end-to-end
• Comfortable with design and video tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Based in Hyderabad, ready to work full-time from our office

You’re joining early, as the founding content hire. As both brands scale, this role scales with you — first into a broader brand and marketing remit, then into building and leading the team underneath you.
