The IPP department consists of 17 employees dedicated to ensuring that projects are set up for success and that our portfolio is continuously validated and evaluated, enabling NNF to become a truly learning organisation. As such, we ensure that strategy is embedded throughout our portfolio through clear and consistent governance, and we maintain a strong link between data-driven insights and our strategic decision-making.
You will also be part of our cross-departmental PA-network, where we share knowledge and experiences, providing a great platform for knowledge sharing, helping each other and optimising ways of working across the Foundation.
The Job
As PA & Team Coordinator for IPP, you will have three main areas of responsibilities. Firstly, you will be the Director of IPP’s right hand, assisting with both daily and longer-term activities. This includes:
Secondly, you will play an important role in contributing to a positive and collaborative culture, coordinating and facilitating activities and meetings across our department as Team Coordinator. Your tasks will include:
Finally, you will collaborate closely with the Portfolio team and take ownership for the administrative processes related to our Portfolio work; booking meetings, aligning pre-reads and agendas, and ensuring materials are prepared for meetings. This is key to ensuring that our decision-making structures can make timely and informed decisions.
Requirements
We are looking for a person who is motivated by the PA role and is positive and organised by nature. Your educational and professional background has given you a strong structured approach and insight into business processes, systems, and procedures. Most likely, you have worked for a few years as either PA to a senior leader or a management team. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have experience with planning annual processes and creating timelines taking multiple stakeholders’ calendars into account.
