Position: HR Assistant
Working location: Opera View Building – Dong Khoi St., Dist. 1, HCMC
Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HR engagement activities, including employee events, internal communications, and well-being initiatives
- Manage end-to-end HR transactional tasks from onboarding to offboarding such as data management, documentation, coordination, and HR payment follow-ups
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily HR operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee experience
- Proactively identify improvement areas and implement solutions to enhance HR efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin / HR Generalist or related roles
- Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong capability in using AI tools to improve work efficiency
- Creative mindset with ability to propose and drive new initiatives
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
