MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Graduate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Certified Data Modelling Practitioner

This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data to improve business outcomes and drive efficiencies across the organization, taking into account multiple verticals, mergers and acquisitions, and the integration of emerging data technologies.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a data platforms
• Has at least 8 years as developer is data technologies and has good understanding of data modelling
• Has worked as a Lead designer/Solution Architect for 4+ years
• Has worked in manufacturing/Electronics domain
• Has worked in AI/ML areas and brought benefits to business
• Has worked on GenAI and custom models
• Has worked on Technologies such as Databricks/Snowflake, Python/R, LLMs, Digital Twins and reporting software such as Tableau/Power BI
• Has good understanding of emerging trends in data
• Has worked on integrations with machines and enterprise systems
• Has good understanding of the dataops
• Has good experience in Automation tools such as CI/CD and Test automations
• Has worked on cloud technologies
• Has a good knowledge of the open source technologies and other platform technologies
• Has ability to evaluate best fit tools for the platform
• Can guide the development teams in solutioning and development
• Ability to collaborate across various departments to align technology solutions with organizational goals
• Is still hands on creating solutions and PoCs in emerging technologies
• Able to bring emerging technologies to the platform being built
• Proficiency in cybersecurity measures for the IT platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of new systems and upgrades while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Good understanding of industrial automation technologies, data analytics, IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and their application in manufacturing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a data architect, able to work with business, product partners and development partners to create a compelling architecture that will bring in efficiencies to the business in terms of insights and actionable plant operation efficiencies.

• Define, modify and review data architecture standards and policies
• Define, modify and review data roadmap with clear benefits mapped
• Able to track benefits as per the data roadmap
• Support development teams in realizing the benefits from an architecture and design perspective
• Adopt and adapt emerging technologies into the platform
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards
• Mentor the development teams in the platform technologies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in technologies.
