Job Description: Executive/ Senior Executive – Presales (Real Estate)

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years

Qualification: – Graduate

Key Deliverable

• Make telephonic calls to prospects & Generating lead through telephonic conversation.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
• Briefing the customers about project, Latest Schemes & Offers etc. and Brand Promotion
• Maintain follow-ups with Clients on Regular basis feedback – mails/phones (communication channel. Convince Clients to visit site
• Should keep the record of Feedback – mails/phones (communication channel)
• Daily updating of leads on the CRM.
• Ability to drive site walk ins of Clients and Channel Partners
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Understand and manage personal performance daily.
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power

Desired Candidates: –

• Working knowledge of Excel is required.
• Energetic, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Must) – English, Hindi & Marathi.
• Expertise in Promoting the products
• Good at Customer follow-up
