Zimetrics is a fast-growing digital engineering and data solutions company, helping enterprises build scalable, AI-driven, and outcome-focused technology solutions. We are currently looking for a Head of Presales to lead and scale our presales function end-to-end. This role will be responsible for shaping deal strategy, driving high-quality proposals, building strong solution narratives, and leading client engagements. The primary focus is to improve win rates, accelerate deal cycles, and enable leadership to focus on growth.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery, and requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What We Are Looking For
15+ years of experience with a strong background in presales, solution consulting, or bid management. Proven experience in leading RFPs, proposals, and large deal cycles. Ability to translate complex technologies such as AI, data, and automation into clear business value. Experience working with cross-functional global teams. Strong storytelling, communication, and executive presence. A hands-on mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
Key Responsibilities
Presales Strategy and Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing presales team across solutioning, RFPs, and demos. Define presales playbooks, frameworks, and reusable assets. Own and drive win-rate improvement and deal conversion metrics.
Deal Shaping and Solutioning
Partner with sales teams to qualify, shape, and position deals effectively. Translate client problems into clear, outcome-driven solutions. Lead complex solutioning across AI, data, and industry domains including MedTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Media and AdTech/MarTech.
RFP/RFI and Proposal Excellence
Own the end-to-end RFP lifecycle from qualification to response and submission. Improve the quality, consistency, and turnaround time of proposals. Build and maintain a strong knowledge repository for reuse and efficiency.
Client Engagement and Storytelling
Lead discovery workshops, executive presentations, and demos. Craft compelling value-driven narratives, going beyond technical responses. Build strong credibility with CXO-level stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams. Align solution feasibility, pricing, and delivery approach. Ensure a smooth transition from presales to execution.
