The purpose of this role is to deliver, activations and promotional activities for GMR Aerocity Hyderabad and support on AeroCity community engagement

Key Accountabilities

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators

• Develop a calendar of events for AeroCity community engagement.
• Planning, organizing, managing and coordinating for conducting various activations & events in different genres.
• Generation of ideas for the activations and temporary leasing round the year
• Responsible for on-ground execution and delivery of activations/events and leasing
• Engagement in partnerships, collaborations with AeroCity clients for activations/events
• Engaging with agencies and vendors for collaborated events
• Interfacing with key external stakeholders including existing and prospective clients for all matters related to facilitation of key GMR Personnel and other VIP guests during their visit to Aerocity.
• Co-ordination with third party operator of GMR Arena for tracking the financial performance (in terms of no: of events and revenue) and operational compliance during the conduct of events
• No. of activations, collaborated events executed on-ground as per conceptually planned and with all documentation and approvals in order.
• Engagement score. No of interactions and engagements (No. of VIP guests visit to Aerocity vs No. of visits facilitated and turnaround time.

• Planning and implementing the activities planned with attention to detail and time constraints.
• Look for, comparative and negotiate with different vendors
• Evaluate event’s success and report submission
• Comprehensive execution plans with collaborations, sponsorships for activations/events.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – Additional Details

• Support the team in appointment of tenants, agencies, Vendors and other required consultants and award of related contracts and LOA.
• Co-ordinate in engaging internal stakeholders for carrying out promotion activities & temporary leasing
• Coordinate with internal teams Legal, P&C, Finance for smooth conduct of events & activities.
• Development of Engagement Letter, LOA, internal vetting process including legal, Coordination with external stakeholders for meeting the deliverables.
• Ensure internal approvals for business objectives from all stakeholders.
• Responsible for developing SOP’s and ensuring correct processes are in place with the assistance of legal & finance functions.
• Support the team in liaisoning with other departments like, Legal, Finance, Corporate Communication, Social Media, ALD teams for ALD activities
• Framing of responses, any article on AeroCity Hyderabad for website or internal communication.
• Updating MIS and Presentations for management Reviews
• Ensuring timely updation of MIS and management review presentations

Education Qualifications

MBA (Marketing) preferred but not necessary/ any graduation/ certification course in Hospitality/ tourism industries is added value.

Relevant Experience

 4 – 5 years of experience in events and Activations

 Excellent communication and inter-personnel skills
