Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Executive with experience in managing electrical and mechanical systems for retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of Electrical systems, HVAC, Chiller units and PLU/Weighing scale across 7–8 retail outlets within the city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical systems, HVAC, Chiller units, and other utility equipment at retail outlets.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical circuits, panels, and equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Ensure minimal downtime of systems and quick response to emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment in outlets.
• Monitor energy consumption and suggest efficiency improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company standards during maintenance activities.
• Travel across assigned outlets in the city for regular checks and emergency calls.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Electrical systems, HVAC, and Chiller unit operations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to plan preventive maintenance schedules and manage documentation.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with outlet staff and vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in retail, commercial, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and system operations.
• Must possess a two-wheeler with valid license for city travel.
• Willingness to handle 7–8 retail outlets within the city.
