Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Procurement & Inventory Lead to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru South location. The role involves managing purchase orders, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring a seamless procurement process. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing procurement data to optimize processes, and collaborating with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials. This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with vendors and coordinating with internal teams to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
● Source and manage vendors for raw materials, packaging, and consumables
● Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines
● Identify alternate vendors for key ingredients (especially vegan and specialty items)
● Raise and manage purchase orders based on production requirements
● Track price fluctuations and maintain cost efficiency
● Track delivery timelines for all PO’s raised.
2. Inventory Management
● Maintain accurate stock records using Zoho Inventory (or similar system)
● Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and ensure quantity & quality checks
● Track daily stock movement (inward/outward)
● Maintain minimum stock levels and trigger timely reorders
● Monitor wastage, expiry, and stock discrepancies
3. Coordination & Planning
● Work closely with production team to plan daily and weekly requirements
● Coordinate with dispatch team for packaging and material readiness
● Ensure zero stock-outs for critical SKUs
4. Reporting & Control
● Maintain daily and weekly reports on:
○ Stock levels
○ Purchases
○ Vendor performance
○ Cost trends
● Highlight risks, delays, or shortages proactively
● Support periodic stock audits
Requirements
● 3–4 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain (F&B preferred)
● Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
● Good understanding of inventory systems (Zoho, Excel, etc.)
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
● Street-smart, proactive, and solution-oriented

Compensation
● ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
