Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Junior HR Executive (Fresher). The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for executing various HR operations, managing employee relations, drafting and implementing HR policies, and supporting the overall functions of the Human Resources department. The role also involves coordinating recruitment processes and assisting in employee onboarding and administrative HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Understanding of Employee Relations, including fostering workplace relations and addressing employee concerns
• Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
• Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
