Key Responsibilities
- Create and post daily/weekly content across all social media platforms
- Assist in developing creative content ideas, captions, reels, carousels, and stories
- Handle day-to-day community management – reply to comments, messages, and mentions
- Monitor social media trends and suggest timely content opportunities
- Help in planning and executing social media campaigns and giveaways
- Track basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, followers) and prepare simple reports
- Support in shooting and editing short videos/reels using mobile or basic tools
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, features, and best practices
- Collaborate with the content and design team for visuals and graphics
