- Identify and onboard channel partners such as retailers and dealers
- Explain MasonMart’s platform, benefits, and processes
- Train partners on lead generation and order referrals
- Support partners during onboarding and initial transactions
- Conduct field visits and regular follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Act as the point of contact for partner queries
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Track partner activity and maintain basic reports
