We manufacture cosmetics for some of India’s fastest-growing D2C brands. GMP-certified.

We need one person to own everything that moves — raw materials, packaging, finished goods, dispatches. Inward to outward. Nothing moves without you knowing, logging, and owning it.

This is not a storekeeper role. This is a senior operations leader who builds systems and holds a team accountable to near-zero variance.

You will own:

• GRN, issuance, dispatch — end to end
• Physical stock = ERP stock. Always.
• FIFO, shelf-life, GMP compliance across all stores
• Direct management of store keepers and inventory assistants
• Weekly MIS to the CEO

We will measure you on:

• Inventory accuracy ≥ 99%
• Physical vs ERP variance < 0.5% monthly
• Zero same-day GRN backlog
• Dispatch error rate < 0.2%

You bring:

• 5–8 years in stores/inventory in a manufacturing plant
• GMP background preferred (cosmetics, pharma, FMCG)
• ERP hands-on experience + strong Excel
• Team you’ve managed and held accountable
