- Attend the incoming calls related with the admissions
- Make outgoing calls (informative)
- Respond to emails (based on the requirement)
- Feature phone will be provided with SIM card.
- All the calls will be routed through IP telephony
- All the calls will be recorded.
- Weekly report to be sent to the team lead.
- Report at campus twice in a month.
