💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of sales + strategy + client understanding.

As a Healthcare Growth Consultant, you will:

• Handle inbound leads generated through ads
• Reach out to doctors and clinic owners directly
• Understand their growth challenges
• Build customised marketing strategies
• Convert conversations into long-term clients

This is a consultative sales role, not a script-based calling job.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead Handling (Inbound + Outbound)

• Work on qualified leads from Meta Ads
• Generate your own leads by reaching out to:
• Doctors
• Clinics
• Healthcare centres
• Build a strong pipeline through consistent outreach
• 2. Discovery Calls (Foundation of Conversion)Conduct detailed conversations to understand:
• Doctor’s speciality & services
• Current patient flow
• Previous marketing efforts
• Business goals & expectations

You’re not pitching here — you’re diagnosing the problem.

• 3. Strategy Creation (Key Differentiator)Build custom digital marketing strategies for each client
• Define:
• Patient acquisition approach
• Platform mix (Google / Meta / Social)
• Growth roadmap

You will be trained on Degefy’s strategy framework.

• 4. Strategy Presentation & Sales PitchPresent strategy through:
• Online meetings
• In-person meetings (Hyderabad clinics)
• Explain clearly:
• How patients will be generated
• What results can be expected
• 5. Closure & Deal ConversionHandle objections confidently:
• Pricing concerns
• Existing agency
• Delayed decisions
• Close deals and convert leads into paying clients
• 6. Client Handover: Ensure smooth onboarding
• Share the complete client context with the internal team
• Maintain clarity between sales and execution
• Work Structure Hyderabad Clients: Online + In-person meetings (clinic visits)
• Outstation Clients: Online meetings only
• Who This Role is For: Someone who enjoys interacting with doctors and business owners
• Someone who can:

• Ability to simplify digital marketing concepts
• High follow-up discipline
• Preferred Experience 1–3 years in:
• Digital marketing agency sales
• Healthcare/clinic / pharma-related sales
• Experience dealing with doctors or clinic owners is a strong advantage
