Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Factory Inventory & Admin Executive to oversee our factory stores, manage daily petty cash, coordinate local transport, and ensure strict compliance with incoming material protocols. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, ensuring that materials for our water and wastewater treatment plants are accurately tracked, accounted for, and dispatched on time.
Location – Shilphata, Thane (Mumbra-Panvel road)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Inventory & Store Management
- Material Checking & GRN Processing
- Logistics & Vehicle Booking
- Petty Cash & Factory Administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with basic accounting or inventory software.
