Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Process Auditor. The Process Auditor will be responsible for conducting thorough in-house and field audits to evaluate business and operational processes for compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities include identifying process gaps, recommending operational improvements, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The individual will prepare detailed audit reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, and monitor the effectiveness of process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting operational audits and process efficiency analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Familiarity with compliance standards, reporting practices, and standard operating procedures
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Detail orientation, time management, and ability to oversee multiple audit processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or relevant field preferred
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain industries is an advantage
