Project Engineer – Civil / Interiors Full Time NEW

Job Brief

Required planning engineer with 4-6 years of experience for Bangalore & PAN India location.

Profile calls for candidate having experiences of handling contracts of Civil / Interiors domains including Quantity surveying & project closure for interiors & fitout projects Fundamentals in estimation & costing, measurement certification and Rate analysis.

Job Description

The Project Engineer is responsible for the following actions

• Prepared tender documents or RFQs and selected contractors to bid for tender.
• Awarded contracts and conducted pre-mobilization meetings with approved contactor to validate contract terms on workforce composition, materials quality and HSE regulations.
• Directed and monitored progress during project execution to ensure project deliverables conform to design specifications and quality standards.
• Approved payments to Contractors per milestone and closed contracts at completion
• To supervise & implement construction projects independently assisting the Project Management team Preparation of schedules, planning and costing
• Co-ordination with Architects, Consultants, contractors for timely completion
• Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility studies, specifying requirements
• Should be able to produce drawings as per requirement and present to client
• Should be able to independently conduct site meetings
• Should be able to interact with client independently
• Should have knowledge of current market products and rates
• Providing technical inputs for methodologies
• Regular feedback to Sr. Officer of the company on day today development of the Project
• Billing & follow up for payments

Additional knowledge- MS Office usage; AutoCAD and other related software
