Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline end-toend

business operations across our nutraceutical product line and e-commerce channels.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing coordination, inventory lanning,supply

chain management, product dispatch, vendor coordination, and online order operations, preferably in the

nutraceutical / supplements / wellness industry. This role requires someone who can manage daily operations

efficiently while ensuring, smooth coordination between production, warehousing, quality, compliance, logistics

and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1.Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end operations from production planning to final dispatch

• Coordinate with manufacturers, warehouses, packaging vendors, and logistics partners.

• Develop and improve SOPs to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Identify and resolve operational issues to reduce delays and wastage

2.Supply Chain & Inventory

• Manage inventory planning, stock levels, and warehouse coordination

• Track raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods

• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to meet production timelines

• Ensure proper forecasting to avoid stock-outs or overstocking

3. Production & Vendor Coordination

• Work closely with third-party manufacturers for production and dispatch

• Monitor batch planning, production timelines, and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with packaging and labeling vendors for timely execution

• Follow up on procurement of required material

4. E-commerce Operations

• Manage operations for online orders across website and marketplaces

• Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, returns, and replacements

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch and stock syncing

• Monitor order accuracy and fulfillment efficiency

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain records such as purchase orders, batch records, inventory, and dispatch details

• Ensure operations align with industry standards and compliance requirements

• Support quality checks, labeling, packaging, and regulatory processes

6.Logistics & Fulfillment

• Handle dispatch planning with logistics partners

• Monitor shipping timelines and delivery performance

• Manage returns, reverse logistics, and replacement orders

• Improve fulfillment processes and reduce operational bottlenecks

7.Coordination & Reporting

• Work cross-functionally with product, procurement, quality, marketing, sales, and support teams

• Prepare reports on inventory, production, dispatch, and order fulfillment

• Identify gaps and implement improvements to scale operations efficiently
