Job role – Head of IT – System Integration
Location: JB Nagar, Andheri (Mumbai)
Experience range – 8–12 years
Compensation: 25–28 LPA fixed + performance-linked benefits
We are hiring for a dynamic Head of IT to lead our Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Data Center initiatives for a fast-growing IT System Integrator, with full ownership of technology strategy, solutioning, and business growth. You will work closely with CXO-level stakeholders, lead cross-functional engineering teams, and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance IT solutions for enterprise customers.
Role snapshot
- Lead the IT Infrastructure and Solutions business, defining and executing technology roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Own solution architecture across on-prem, cloud, networking, security, and data center, partnering with pre-sales and sales teams to win and deliver complex deals.
- Drive technical-commercial discussions, RFPs, proposals, and pricing to support revenue targets and margin objectives.
- Build and mentor high-performance teams (Network, Server, Storage, Cloud, Security), ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Establish robust governance, processes, and best practices across operations, security, and compliance frameworks.
Ideal background
- 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System Integration with strong exposure to end-to-end solutions (hardware, software, cloud, networking, data center).
- Proven leadership managing large technical teams and working closely with OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of pre-sales, solution selling, and the full sales lifecycle; P&L or BU ownership is an advantage.
- Degree in Engineering/Science is preferred; advanced degrees and certifications (Cloud, ITIL, PMP, OEMs) are an added plus.
