JOB DESCRIPTION:

Third Wave Coffee is looking for a dynamic and driven Supply Chain Intern to join our team! As a Supply Chain Intern, you’ll get the opportunity to work closely with our operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth backend functioning of one of India’s fastest-growing coffee brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a rapidly scaling organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Support reconciliation of Warehouse and Logistics invoices.
• Update and maintain the monthly cost tracker.
• Compile ageing and shelf-life reports for inventory monitoring.
• Analyse and assist in preparing action plans for SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) articles.
• Compile and share the weekly fill rate report.
• Review and track planning vs. actual performance (orders as per ROP, DOI analysis, etc.).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (knowledge of Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc. preferred).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
• Interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Education
• Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
