Role Overview: Beyond the Ticket
We’re not looking for a reactive troubleshooter. We need a Technical Support Engineer II who views every ticket as an opportunity to automate. You will be a key architect in building a smarter, scalable support ecosystem.
Coming from a product-based background, you’ll bridge the gap between TechOps, Engineering, and Product. Your mission? Move away from manual fixes and lead the charge into AI-driven workflows, chatbot-integrated support, and automated documentation.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3–6 years in technical support within a product-based organization.
Tech Stack: Strong grasp of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and backend systems.
Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or a similar scripting language.
Tooling: Expert-level familiarity with Jira (workflows, dashboards, and tracking).
Mindset: An analytical powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced, 2 PM – 11 PM shift.
