Key Attributes (Experience, Qualifications, & Skillsets)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Up to 6 years of experience in procurement & sourcing.
Experience in bidding forward and reverse auction
Experience in setting up a new procurement team is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of SAP MM modules and experience in using SAP.
Knowledge about Indirect taxation and GST
Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience in managing supplier relationships and resolving supplier performance issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market analysis and identify sourcing opportunities and risks.
Self-starter attitude, ability to work independently with appropriate support and guidance, willing to challenge status quo and drive transformation where needed.
High energy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up business environment dealing with ambiguity
