Key Responsibilities

- Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports with insights, findings, and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with teams to improve quality and operational performance
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in quality analysis, auditing, or healthcare processes
- Understanding of RCM processes (billing, AR, claims, etc.) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Who Can Apply
- Graduates from any discipline (life sciences/healthcare preferred)
- Experience in healthcare, RCM, or quality roles is preferred
