Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Case Support Executive to join our operations team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, process-driven, and interested in building a long-term career in the immigration services industry.
You will work closely with licensed Immigration Consultants, assisting with documentation, case preparation, and client communication to ensure applications are processed accurately and in compliance with IRCC and provincial immigration guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy as per immigration program requirements
- Prepare and organize case files for various immigration applications
- Draft letters, checklists, and forms as directed by consultants
- Track document expiry dates and follow up with clients for renewals
- Communicate with clients to collect documentation and provide process updates
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM and internal trackers
- Schedule appointments and manage internal reminders
- Assist consultants with immigration forms (IMM forms, PNP forms, etc.)
- Conduct basic research on program requirements and documentation standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is preferred.
- However, candidates holding a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), or other relevant bachelor’s degrees may also be considered.
- Must have access to a laptop with reliable internet connectivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
- Must be based in Bangalore

- Immigration portals (IRCC and provincial platforms)
Compensation:
- 22,000 INR to 28,000 INR Per Month (Based on experience
