Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and effective responses to customer queries across channels
• Manage customer feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with order processing and resolve payment-related concerns

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary: ₹15,000 (In-hand)
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
